Booked for a hydra facial through an offer, was told there wasn’t a lot of availability which is fair enough. Turn up wait five minutes without acknowledgement whilst someone is dealt with on the phone, no biggie. Then facial has morphed into a consultation. I booked childcare to come for a facial and paid a deposit and it’s just shoulder shrug sorry I haven’t got time it just says a consultation for you don’t know what happened there. Just rubbish.

I’ve been going to Sophie for a combination of different facials which include Obagi peels, IPL lasers, for around 2 years, however I started to see results just after 3 months and it has completely completely transformed my skin, I suffered with hormonal break outs, and dull/congested skin however Sophie has worked her magic and made me feel confident again, she was able to provide advice on what will work for my skin. I would highly recommend. The girls there work wonders!!

The practioners at Grand Aesthetics are all super friendly and welcoming so you immediately feel at ease when you visit. I was very well looked after when I had my treatment, the process was explained very clearly and I was checked in on throughout. The after care was explained very well also and I’m excited to visit for more treatments in the future.

I saw Gemma to have to profhilo injections . I have been regularly( every 4 to 5 months ) Gemma is lovely and professional. I love the profhilo as people just tell me how well I look !

Love this clinic! All the staff are friendly, professional and welcoming.I have been a client for a few years and look forward to my laser treatments. The environment is very clean, calm and relaxing.Wouldn’t go anywhere else and highly recommend.
