If I can give 0 I will.absolutely shocking and disgusting service from Sainsbury’s purley delivery .food was delivered and only 6 items arrived, all my meat was expired and smelly just sickening the call centre are very rude and disrespectful they blocked my account for no reason they are fraudulent and not English they can’t even talk English properly, won’t shop here again disgusting behaviour the manager don’t know what she’s doing such a shame shop elsewhere

Your store employee CHANDRA is in a very unpleasant and always spoiling mood. I can’t appreciate her whole job, but she can’t communicate with clients. It’s always very unpleasant, reproachful because I check my scratch cards. I always have to hear that checking is not her job. I spend a lot of money in your store buying scratch card and I would like to check them later without reproach.

I went to my local sainsburys to collect an argos item. I've never collected a delivery from there before so I wasn't sure what the procedure would be.The till queue was quite long being 1pm on a Monday so I asked a man called Joel what I needed to do. He was very polite and friendly and said he will assist me. Even though he was very busy he took the time to take my details and collected my item. I only had to wait a few minutes. Thank you Joel you made my day.

Door staff grunt at you. They have about as much personality as a toenail.Till staff are rude and are more interested in conversing with fellow workers, kissing teeth and 'arksing' each other things.Poorly managed during lockdown, their policy on social distancing fluctuates at their own discretion. Shambles.

Absolutely useless 99% of the time!Staff don't read properly so items are missing or INCORRECT!They obviously have no idea about customer service and care. All they say is contact deliveroo" to pass the buck for THEIR MISTAKE!AVIOD if possible or order headache tablets and hope you get them in the order!Advice to Sainsbury's

Good store and stock levels this time and looked cleaner. Only let down was grumpy person on the till he didn't say hello or goodbye tonight. He scanned and slammed products on till counter I was paying for not the best experience considering my deliveroo order from here was not delivered at all or refunded.
