Tuffnells Parcels Express

What's the point in a track and trace service if Turfnells themselves can't track and trace their own drivers! Driver was instructed to get a signature which was not done and he's dumped our package somewhere but they can't tell us where.When asked if they could get hold of the driver to confirm all the details, some fella in their head office simply said that isn't possible" and refused to help any further.Absolutely abysmal customer service and would not recommend at all."

Waited all day for an express delivery that I paid heavily for. Driver never turned up and lied that we were out. Delivery rescheduled for the next day when admit they can't find the house today. Although there were supposedly just here yesterday? It's the easiest house to find. In no way awkward or secluded. They were caught in a lie. Driver gives up on delivery no2 and does not deliver. Is told by his manager to return and complete the delivery. This has not happened. I've taken 2 days off work for nothing and paid a heavy premium for the pleasure. And I still don't have my package. Abysmal.

Absolute shambles of a company, if your a business go elsewhere and do not use them, from lost items where customer service lie about item location and status, items sent to wrong location, items randomly marked up in cost as marked as residential when clearly business address, and now 2 items exactly the same and sent exactly the same day... resulting in 2 different prices some how. Customer service do not care and give wishy washy responses if at all. We often have to spend hours on a Monday going through invoice and then calling for corrections and credits.I'm not saying they are a cowboy firm but they wouldn't be out of place in 1800's Tombstone riding alongside William H bony AKA Billy the kid.So in conclusion if your a business do not use Tuffnells as they will be representing your business and maybe the only face to face contact with your customers, and it will result in lost custom and lost good will not to mention hours of work chasing credits and blood pressure through the roof.

2023 and Tuffnells still provide the same poor service as they were 15 years ago. Something as simple as a text on the day of delivery giving a time slot or a tracking service isn't much to ask for when you are paying for a service like this. I didn't choose to use Tuffnells and I would go out of my way never to use them again. I see there are many reviews on here all similar but no response from Tuffnells for any of them, that sums up the customer service.AVOID THIS COMPANY IS MY ADVICE!

I would also leave no stars if I could. We order a £650 gazebo for it to arrive completely open, bars were damaged due to them being able to rattle around. For some reason Very have decided to use Tuffnells as their courier service and I have told them to please stop. I ordered a rug on Monday 19th to be here Tuesday 20th, I have booked days off work to wait in. We are now on Thursday 22nd July and still no rug after being told it would be delivered today. Apparently my item got mis routed in Monday, where the hell too I don't know for it to take several days to get to me. I have been promised a delivery date of tomorrow let's hope it arrives.

The worst service I've had !!!! They delivered parcels to me. They dropped it on the street, literally on the street. They didn't ring a bell that works and is visible !! They did not knock to inform that they had delivered the package !! They didn't call with a phone number !! There were 5 people in the house but we only heard noise as they were throwing packages and driving away !! Steer clear of such companies !!!

Great job dumping our high value delivery at 0815 this morning (we open at 0900) outside our premises in the rain unattended on a busy road. All boxes wrecked and zero use for forwarding goods - including the box containing cardboard boxes purchased for this very purpose. Fortunately these boxes wont be subjected to Tuffnells delivery network as we closed our account earlier this year due to poor levels of service.

Booked a consignment of two parcels for collection 13.9.21 on next day service. Now 24.9.21 and still not collected. Rebooked six times now. No response to emails; fobbed off on the phone. Absolutely appalling and surprised they are still in business - don't deserve to be

Absolutely shocking company. Had an email to say order is out for delivery, not going to be in so contact Tufnells to ask for it to be left in a safe place. Told it needs to be confirmed from the sender. Called the sender, no problems I’ll send them an email now to confirm that’s ok. Call Tufnells back 20 mins later. Told they haven’t looked at their inbox yet. Hopefully someone will check the email before delivery is attempted. Was then told that they can’t look at specific accounts/orders and that they will get round to checking their emails when they can. Laughable service.

My parcel was not delivered but was marked as delivered. Customer services said that the driver had run over his hours the previous day and it would be delivered today. I called again to get a delivery time only to be told there is no record of my parcel and to contact the sender. Its a joke and my company and anyone I work with will not use such an unreliable company.
