Purchased a Range Rover Evoque. Was told it was a one owner car but it actually had two as it was originally a leased vehicle. The car broke down 5 weeks later. Didn't get much help from the dealer. I asked for a loan car. This was delivered and to my annoyance he delivered a Renault Clio worth about £500.00 considering I lashed out £28k.My vehicle went to two different Land Rover repairers before the fault was found. So after 5 weeks i finally got it back. After that I sold it on Would not recommend this Dealership to anyone.

Bought an audi a3 sline from these guys amazing personality helped me from start to finish and provided the best custoner service highly recommend them big up car empire!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Although jak was very helpful and nice at the start this soon started to change. I purchased the car YN17 XNM, jak was helpful and fixed any issues that were found before the car was picked up… well this is what I thought. When I picked the car up the EML light was present and I was reassured that this was down to low fuel in the car. I filled the car up and it had went off, about 5 miles away from the dealership the EML light came back on. It was agreed that we would get the issue diagnosed and would be subsequently repaired. When I arrived home the boot latch was broken again it was agreed for this to be fixed. After this there was further issues such as an adblue leak, coolant leak and further issues. I contacted jak to let him know about the further issues and said I wanted a full refund due to the issues under the consumer rights act 2015 and as this was within 30 days. Luckily I had taken out finance and they have been able to facilitate the inspection and the further rejection of the car. The dealership still haven’t returned any money and I have been left without a car for nearly 4 months. Avoid this car and dealer at all costs

The service we received from start to finish was above and beyond our expectations. Paul was so accommodating, relaxed and friendly. He made buying our buy seamlessly easy. An Empire indeed , from German sports cars to Italys finest supercars a 5 star service from start to finish , an incredible experience, from the condition of the cars to the level of customer service. I personally dealt with Jack who offered me refreshments and a personal presentation of the car , I would highly recommend them.

No rush no push nothing to hide it was a really nice experience as said Jack" your a top guy and very helpful in driving my new Mondeo away what a great car. I will return it in three years in the same condition for my next car haha.Only one gripe I told him it had a 2 mile range in the tank now that's tight! It started to chuff on entering the garage forecourt so that was a close shave!Thanks Car Empire"

Seemingly good service when I first walked into the showroom. I dealt with the owner who I found to be very professional and easy to talk to. He replaced the damaged front head light before picking up which was a nice touch. EDIT: However, once I had bought the car the owner had promised to send some missing wheel caps out to me. After several phone calls which he never answered he never followed up as promised.

Excellent customer service and hassle free experience!Jak was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the moment I called him to enquire about the car. He made the transaction a hassle free experience. He’s by far the best car dealer I’ve had the pleasure to deal with. He took care of the hole process, from part exchange, finance, taxing, and number plate change and made life very easy for us. Upon the drive home we discovered some minor faults with the new car (air con and parking sensors), I informed Jak of these and he was more than happy to pay for the cost of the repairs. I can’t fault Jak in anyway, he will most definitely be my first port of call for my next car and I live a 4hr drive away from his premises!Lastly THANK YOU Jak!

The worst car buying experience I've ever had. I bought a car, had it 2 days and it went in to limp mode. They came and got the car leaving me with a 1.6 jeep, non comparable to the car they sold me. I had this car for nearly a month while they used the years warranty from Warranty Wise and not their own 30 day cover. I was told this is all legal which is fine but I wasn't told and I had Warranty Wise chasing me. After a month they then replaced the Jeep with a Ford fiesta, another non comparable car to the BMW I bought a month ago. I was fed misinformation through the entire process, I was told the car will be ready, then it wasn’t, then parts had to come from Germany etc. I understand that negotiations between warranty companies can time consuming. The icing on the cake was... your cars ready today I'll call u back shortly and arrange us getting it down to you"
