I've just bought a pair of vintage 100% wool trousers in my favourite colour combo ever (purple and green). Staff were kind and helpful and I love the music. I'll be back.

I honestly couldn't think of a worst customer service experience. The product quality is awful, there are serious wear marks on all the items I received. The first box was returned for a replacement however they lost the returned item, eventually the sent me another only to be as bad if not worse than the first.DO NOT be nieve as me and believe what you see on social media, you will not get anything you actually want.Just don't waste your time, there are much better stores in Liverpool city centre, or online.

Great clothes and I would have really enjoyed shopping here and looking through the clothes, however, the music played in the store is ridiculously loud. It's close to a 100 db and it's like a nightclub or concert. Lots of customers not happy about this and walked out. They're moving to a new location but they seriously need to turn the music down it's just ruined the whole experience.

This isn’t a vintage store but used clothing store. The clothes are all small very bad, most of them are in bad condition with holes , not working zip and stained . Vintage is completely different thing, They don’t know what is means. They just sell used rubbish , not vintage!

Shop is too tiny and dark. You can not get enough space to decide if you want an item or not cause you have to try make space for other people coming and passing.Can not shop there without the anxiety of making other uncomfortable

Music is wayy to loud to the point where I had a sensory overload (would not recommend for autistic people) & clothing sizes are not displayed easily enough. Even walking past here is overstimulating as they BLAST music, very overpriced too.

A ton of choice, some rare items that you can't find at a lot of places. I have never visited such an amazing vintage store, and i have visited plenty. The crew was also kind, deserves a 5 star rating.
