Terrible staff. 2 weeks ago August '23' bought a sandwich took it to work it tasted funny looked at the date, it was 2 days out of date. Shopped there today 18/08/23 again lunch stuff for work staff on the till refused to serve me because the goods weren't in a trolley went to self service as usual the scanner didn't work properly, no staff helping so I left the goods on the till and walked out....I won't go there again.

Just a terrible place to shop, often the fresh produce is out of date. Moldy strawberry, 2 staff on the Checkouts or 1 on self checkout that has to manage around 12 checkouts. Rude staff. Massive quality decrease especially on there own food branded items. It's just a mess all-round. I used to shop there about twice a week now I go in once every two months if that.

Out of date produce. Rude unhelpful staff. Self checkout only regardless of how many things you need to scan or how many people are queuing. This shop needs closing. It’s an embarrassment.

Not enough tenders to cope with confused customers my experience was I went to card payment only but only 1 teller it wouldn't except my partners or my card by contact less or chip n pin wen we finally got his attention his response was use the cash machine but that was down so had to wait in line again for another till whilst getting abuse from others thinking we had jumped the queue so we had that transaction void and had to do it all over again luckily it worked or we would have walked . STAFF UP FOR CUSTOMERS NEEDS AND START DOING CUSTARD DOHNUTS AGAIN I MISS THEM !!!
