Absolute cowboys!! Do not use! Came out twice and still haven’t sorted the job out! Blown bricks, cracked roof tiles... the list goes on. Asked for the money bacl, they said someone will be out to sort the problem (problem which they created) haven’t seen any. Tried to ring for our money back and now no one answer the phone!

I wish i could give this company ZERO stars. They fitted an aerial at a neighbours house. The neighbour are pensions and disabled. The fitter drilled through a water pipe and had left then with a large hole in their wall. Terrible company . Please AVOID

No customer service skills at all.Would not deal with this company after they fitted a totally inadequate aerial.Could only get the Wales transmitter!Not prepared to correct the problem after charging £170.Avoid and check the other reviews!

Not geared up for landlords. My rental property was damaged during recent storm, used this company before to replace previously failed aerial so opted to use them again. Agreed to pay via BACS as previously, or for tenants to pay and send me receipt. Refused to give invoice/receipt and demanded cash then left aerial in a dangerous hanging situation after tenant refused. Attempted to phone to discuss in civilised way to see what the misunderstanding was but got a load of abuse from the operator who then hung up on me - all I was trying to do was to establish the facts of what happened and to offer payment over the phone. Lost a previous loyal customer - said on the phone 'we don't need the work, so won't be going back'. Shame really.

One of the rudest, aggressive, horrible man in a trade I have come across. Absolutely useless. £180 down and not even a working aerial. refused to fix his mistakes was aggressive and rude when fitting, not a person you want near your home.Avoid at all costs. absolute cowboyWould give zero stars if possible !

Extremely efficient and friendly - arrived within 24 hours and moved the sky dish and placed new cabling. Very reasonable price, far better than waiting three weeks for my sky appointment. I will definitely use them again.

If any one has had problems with this group of cowboys and is trying to recover money please go ahead and take action through small claims court. Thanks to the help of local CAB finally managed to reclaim almost £150 after 6 months effort.

Absolutely awful service. Still a month without a working aerial and I will now be using a different company. Very quick to come out and take payment but if the issue isn’t resolved it’s a struggle to get back in contact with anyone. When you finally do get through it will usually involve paying extra money. Wish I had read the other similar reviews in advance. Avoid.

They don't even deserve one star.Asked them to move terrestrial aerial but was unable to test it straight away. Couple of days later noticed that some channels are missing. Phoned them back and asked if they could come back and check alignment. They said it's not their fault and that they can come back and check but if it turns out to be my fault they will charge me for it. How can it be my fault if they were the ones who moved and aligned the aerial?! Tried to explain it to them but got shouted at and verbally abused. Eventually they hung up.Worst service ever received.

nice fitter (Malcolm) put extension in and said would call back to put back box on as none on van; called at least 6 times after my holiday and bloke said he would speak with him; no return call or anything; very poor service .
