Andrew was very reliable. great communication, and the turnaround time was also very impressive. if I ever have problems with my macbook again, I'd contact him before letting apple's genius bar try and talk me into remortgaging for an 'offical' repair.

I damaged my MacBook Air screen when trying to add a blue screen protection. Within 2 days Andrew had ordered a new screen and replaced it. He was super efficient, very professional and quoted a reasonable price unlike other Mac Repair places I had also contacted. I definitely recommend his services!

Andrew was so helpful when I was having problems with the hard drive on my MacBook. He is very knowledgeable over the phone and told me what he thought the problem was. He ordered the new hard drive really fast and replaced it for me the next day. He is very helpful and friendly. Also a lot cheaper than going to the Apple store. He has also been making sure the laptop is running well after he has replaced the drive. Thanks Andrew!
