I have been going to Leanne for ‘tweakments’ for about 8 years now. I trust her implicitly which is so important when you have these sort of treatments. It’s a lovely friendly place to visit. I am always made to feel welcome and a valued client. Leanne is such a lovely person I look forward to seeing her as well as having my treatments. 5 star all the way!

Wonderful friendly and knowledgeable team.You can expect a personal service with expert advice that is all about you as an individual.I had skin tag removal which was very simple and took no time. It doesn’t hurt (just a cold mild sting) and then tags disappear over the next weeks. Everything was described well and I was told what to expect at every step.Don’t even worry about being self conscious as Leanne and the team will put you at ease immediately.Fast response to enquiries and located in a beautiful clinic. Highly recommend. As I do by word of mouth all the time :)

Absolutely first class service from the moment you step through the door.Greeted by a lovely friendly receptionist and offered a glass of water while I waited.It was my first time having a cosmetic procedure (Botox)Leanne talked through the whole procedure and asked if I had any questions which put me at ease.During the procedure she explained what she was doing and made sure I was comfortable.When finished she explained what to expect and booked me in for a follow up appointment to check I was happy with the results (I was)Over all, a first class service and one which I wouldn’t hesitate (and have) to recommend.

Such a lovely clinic , everyone is so welcoming .I am on a skincare journey with Alicia and she is amazing with her knowledge about skin . I have been following her advice and my skin has improved so much , I trust her with all the advice she gives me and product recommendation. I love coming to the face and skin clinic to see Leanne she is so professional and such a expert abs perfectionist in what she does. The service is second to none the moment you walk in and are greeted by the lovely receptionist. Leanne and her team are the ultimate professionals…..It’s not just about putting Botox or filler into your face, or having a certain treatment, Leanne actually discusses how this would effect your appearance etc. I totally trust her opinion, she’s being doing this for a while now, and absolutely knows her stuff. She’s there for you, helping you to look the best you can. Felt completely at ease at the Face and Skin clinic. Having never had botox before I was so nervous as had no idea what to expect and the team made me feel really comfortable and relaxed. Great advice around what I needed doing, they are not here to pressure you into having loads done, but they will give advice if asked around what to maybe consider in the future, which I appreciated. I have just been back for my second lot of botox after just over 3 months and was so shocked when shown my before pics, I could have left it longer as the results are great! Thanks to Leanne and the team for being fabulous!
