Bath Bell Tents

Extremely disappointed with Bath Bell Tent. We booked for Glastonbury Festival 2020 which was rearranged twice. Our stay was moved along side the festival. We are unable to attend the festival June 2022. Which we informed Bath Bell Tents of this in November 2021. We have tried numerous times to get our payment back. We paid 50% upfront so not a small deposit. They said that their cut off time was a year before the festival was due to take place as they wouldn't be able to re book the tent in time. I'm sure 8 months notice is plenty of time to refund and rebook with another customer. We also asked if we could transfer our payment to 2023 Glastonbury festival dates. Simple request. We were told no again.Another of Bath Bell Tents reasons for not refunding were that they are a small company. We are two hard working women who were looking forward to a break away. £133 is not a small amount of money for us to lose. Or as you called it ”Forfeited” as we can't make this year's festival.

Fantastic company run by a lovely couple who definitely go the extra mile to cater for your every need. I saw a few other bell tents which were at the same venue as these and none of them had as much to offer as these. They are so cheerfully decorated and everything you may need has been provided. I'd definitely recommend these guys if you're looking to hire a bell tent, I've been converted.
