Suffered with headaches for 18 months, living on ibruprofen and paracetamel, within a few session Jo completely cured them! Recently damaged ribs and pulled muscles across shoulder blade. Jo was my immediate port of call and she has again worked miracles! I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I went to see Adam with pain and restricted movement in my shoulder which turned out to be cuff rotator problem. Adam made me feel relaxed and was thorough in his assessment and explanations. After a few sessions and some exercises to do at home I have now full movement again and am pain free. Adam was very professional and I have no hesitation in recommending him.I was advised to take my 11 year old son to see Jo as he has speech and language difficulties where we have frustration outbursts that had been building up over time. The cranial work that Jo did on him was fantastic and the transformation in him was amazing, a calmer, happier boy, even his grandmother noticed the difference in him the next day.

I went to see Adam Sheridan in September while on holiday in Wales. I had long standing back and shoulder pain. Although the practice appears remote, it was easy to find on my Sat Nav and I could park right outside. The practice was bright, clean and airy. Mr Sheridan took a detailed history and did full examination of my spine and shoulder. After the treatment he showed me some exercises and gave me advice about my posture and work position. I found the treatment and exercise very helpful at easing the base of my spine, and still do the stretching – but probably not as often as Adam would like. I would definitely recommend Adam Sheridan: he was courteous, caring, professional and very informative.

I have been seeing Jo for some time now and the difference is amazing. I was having problems with my shoulder and jaw/facial pain.
