I would recommend this shop to everyone,, my daughter looked absolutely stunning in her dress, the ladys at the shop couldn't have been more helpful if they tried,, they helped us find the perfect dress and fitted it perfectly,,, thank you so much for all your help finding the perfect dress :)

Very unpleasant experience, would AVOID at all costs. My daughter was measured for a dress by a young girl and told she needed a size zero, when we went to collect she could barely get in it and couldn’t walk or sit down. The owner fat shamed her in front of a shop full of people and said she had put weight on and gone up 2 dress sizes, which was impossible in less than 2 months! We were forced to take and pay for the dress and just given the details of a seamstress! The dress had to be completely altered, so it was nothing like the original dress ordered, cost us a fortune and ripped as soon as she arrived at her prom :( The owner has refused to compensate us in any way - please don’t put your daughter through this experience, there are plenty of other reputable and professional prom shops to choose from!

What a wonderful experience! From start to finish, the ladies were so attentive to my daughter's likes and dislikes. They never pressured her, they listened to her ideas and produced the perfect dress which she not only looks amazing in but felt comfortable. My husband visited for the first appointment and he also couldn't praise the team highly enough! Thank you so much team.

I was a little nervous about attending the appointment today after reading the reviews, however it couldn't have been better. There is a huge choice and the owner and staff where incredibly helpful and lovely. I would recommend trying to get an appointment. And anyone who refers to a place where teenagers are trying on dresses to make them look even more beautiful, as a cattle market, needs to have a word with themselves. I would completely recommended this place.

This was a great experience, loads of dresses to choose from and in all colours. The staff were very friendly and helpful about the process. It was the 1st shop we went to, and found a prom dress.

The biggest choice of beautiful dresses. Whether you like a plain satin gown or a dress that sparkles with glitz and glamour, this shop has something for everyone. The staff are so patient and helpful and really want to find the perfect dress for everyone that walks through the door. Of course they are busy - but that's to be expected of such a fab shop in the middle of prom season. We booked an appointment during the week and got such a personal service from the lovely owner and girls. Collected the dress tonight - delighted!
