Absolutely awful. Been going there for about a year before one of the ladies took off nearly half my eyebrow (I have thick eyebrows so really visible). Then claimed it was completely visible, insisted I pay and when I complained seemed not to care about calling a paying customer names! Avoid!

Oh my god awful place, they are quite rude and miserable and the worse part the lady has taken a chunk out of my eyebrow!!

Waited over 15mins,one staff looked at me and looked away. Yes they both were attending to clients while chatting over the clients they're attending to. No acknowledgement of a customer waiting. As we are new to the area we ask a store closeby for recommendations and they told us to avoid Singhar as they are rude and directed us to Lash and Brow bar where we went and received excellent service from the second we walk through their door.Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! This place.

Unbelievably slow. I waited 35mins for threading and had to leave. There was one woman having hd brows (application looked dubious) and her face waxed (brows, chin, upper lip) and another woman having sideburns waxed. Beautician wasn't in a uniform and her applications looked sloppy. I have NEVER waited 35mins before. Waste of my lunch break and I've had to go back to work with no service and no lunch. Avoid!

Visited this morning. Only one member of staff there. Thought she was talking to herself at first but realised she was talking to someone through an earpiece. She spoke on the phone all the way through my session. At one point I thought she was talking to me but when i said 'sorry?' She carried on with her phone call.Totally obliviously to how rude it was.This isn't the first time I've had a unprofessional experience with this member of staff. Last year I visited and was stood waiting while she sat and ate food for 10 minutes. I understand they need a lunch break but this happened only about an hour after they first opene at about 10.15. I'm sure they don't get breakfast breaks an hour in to their shift.To add insult to injury she asked if I wanted my upper lip waxing. If I had wanted that doing I would have had it done. I bleach my upper lip. I don't need someone pointing out to me that it's visible Thank you

Dont even deserve a 1 star very unsanitary the women is so so rude and she burnt my eyebrows!!!

Always do a really good job. They give my brows a really good shape and I get good compliments all the time

Fabulous service with no appointment needed. Just walk up! The lady is very polite and patient and willing to advise on the best treatments if you are unsure. Shes also very knowledgeable on skin care and willing to advise how to make your skin glow and treatment last longer! Definitely will be back!
