Mark telephoned within an hour following my email enquiry regarding a seized latch in our sliding patio doors. He was clear about what we could expect and the fee for him to free the doors, assess and hopefully repair the problem. An appointment was made and Mark arrived on time. He freed the doors but showed us that the lock was not fixable, so fitted a new one - which he had as part of his stock on his van. Once fixed, he cleaned the area and checked that we were happy with the work, giving us documentation and a 12 month guarantee. The process was smooth and straightforward, and his fees very fair for the work involved. I would not hesitate to recommend him - an honest, professional and friendly service.

Great service, really nice chap. Mark diagnosed the problem over the phone, even though I couldn't tell him what make of lock was installed. True to his word he had everything on the van to fix the problem at the price he gave before seeing the job. Thoroughly recommended.

Mark is absolutely brilliant. I called about a new back door lock being fitted. He offered to have a look at the door to see what lock was needed a few days before the work was due to be done so he could make sure that he had the correct locks and that he could do the job on the day agreed. Further into our conversation I asked Mark if he could fit some window restrictors too. He doesn't store them on his van but ordered them in and fitted them after changing the door lock.
