Amazing experience. Very helpful and patient. Bought a ballast and some bulbs for my RS4. Connected them up and and they weren’t working. Rang the office and Jung told me to come down with the car. Drove the car down and the gentleman checked the car to find that the fuse had blown. He changed the fuse and offered a refund for the ballast which didn’t need replacing. I have not come across many people who are this honest and genuine. Would highly recommend. Excellent ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A&E Trading were very helpful, they told me what bulb and kit I needed for my car, John was very polite and had my order ready for me when I got to the store, Great quality products and overall a great service was provided. I do recommend this company for any bulbs and kits needed for your car's.

Have bought a £60 item from them last week in shop, nothing was explained about return policy.Item was not correct fitting and a rude staff member refused to return or refund .Ridiculous customer service.Please ignore them at all costs.
