iSmash - Westfield White City

I visited the store on the 20/11/23 and was served by Zahid. He took my iPad in and literally 30 minutes later, called me to come and collect the iPad. I have never received fast and efficient service like this. He was extremely approachable, kind mannered and also offered me after-care advice for my iPad. Previously, I have not had the best service at iSmash. However, after visiting today I will be coming back to this branch. Zahid went above and beyond for me, and made sure to solve any issues I had. Thank you Zahid! I will definitely be coming back again! ⭐️

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!Went there with a broken camera lens, and came out with a scratched display!!!! I left the phone to have a camera lens replaced, phone in perfect condition, no scratches, and take it back 30 mins later with a damaged display, scratches all over. The gentleman who dealt with me named Mauro, his only explanation: I don’t know.Totally unprofessional, rude and no customer experience. I ask for the CCTV, no response. Went there with a fault on my phone of £65, and took the phone with a faulty damaged display of gods know how much. New Iphone 14Pro ruined !!!!!Their resolve to the problem was to cover with a protection screen… wowHow can you fix phones on tables, and pretend to clean it with your hand?!?!? No measure in place, no guidelines, nothing!!!!!Do not leave your phone there, without taking pictures or a paper to say the status of your phone, you will end up with a huge loss!!!Rubbish service, rubbish company!!!Thank you for causing me a big loss and hit in my budget! I received a fantastic service at iSMASH. My phone was repaired very quickly, well before the time recommended. The phone looks brand new and Manu did a fantastic job in repairing it. Will definitely recommend!

These guys were great. They went above and beyond to get a new battery for my phone when they were replacing the screen. And it was done by the morning of the next day. Added bonus, the warranty on the phone remains valid.

The guys at iSmash are so professional and good at their job! Manu was very helpful and and informative. My phone was estimated to take around 3 hours but took only 1 hour!Managed to get get something to eat and got a call to say my phone was ready just as I was finishing up my meal.I am very pleased with the service I got today.
