Visited here with a friend twice. On my second visit, I tried on a jacket and the zip tag fell off. The owner said it could be fixed. I visited the basement and found jackets covered in mould and a strong smell of urine, which I suspect was from vermin, possibly rats.I wondered why the owner was reluctant to let me go down there.I was quoted two widely varying prices for the jacket I tried on each occasion.When I brought this up, the owner became extremely rude and unpleasant.My friend and I decided at that point to leave.I later saw the same jacket online for £60 less than I was quoted.Not a nice experience and quite upsetting.
