Today at 12PM had very very worst experience with sales assistant. She doesn't have patience with customers and with bad attitude. I went to the shop along with my family with 2 kids for the visa photos. She captured photos all of us and we just asked few doubts to clarify but she doesn't have patience to clarify also but she is telling that professional but she is not professional and also her attitude is very bad. We were requesting here to give the print but she told us to leave the store. She keep saying leave the store. She is not suitable for dealing the customer.

Despite reading some iffy reviews my family dropped in Saturday for a little portrait shoot. Nothing was too much to ask, the lady was so kind and patient with our four kids and even entertained them whilst me and my wife chose our photos, couldn't recommend highly enough

I've been coming to this Derby shop for along time now had many good experiences with staff and the work done for me.But today was the worst a young woman was very rude She could see us waiting she just pointed to the sign on the door and talking to herself because we had tried the door i can only imagine what she was saying to herself. She had to leave the shop for a while which is understandable.We had waited for an hour for her return 8 other people came and went most of them annoyed and went elsewhere I find this unacceptable to be treated in such away I was in urgent need of the work needed today. I've left 1star not for the business but for the rude young woman.

Everytime I go into the derbion shop the staff are lovely and very helpful. Customer service is super fast and instant photo prints. Even when buying canvases and gifts the staff get it done normally same day which is amazing.

I always visit the shop and I had the following problems:1- 10min before closing staff refuse to serve me because she would have a long shift on the following day. I have a long shift everyday and I won't refuse work if the store supposed to be open.2- They are closed during their break time, which is acceptable as it's always just one person there, but not as soon as they open.3- The store is so full, specially during weekends and they have just one person to assist everyone (be prepared to wait).A part from that, it's alright.

Shout out to the wonderful staff member with colourful hair and glasses (I'm sorry I didn't catch your name)! She is so patient and kind, and was very helpful during all of my visits. The queues were huge but she never lost her cool and managed to help everyone. This was despite the fact that she was the only one in near lunch time!I'm seeing other reviews talking about bad customer service and I am fairly certain that they are NOT talking about the lady that helped me.In terms of actual services, I have used Max Spielman for printing passport photos for various countries and printing poster sized pictures. It's a very straight forward process and I have had no issues.

I had a Halloween photoshoot booked couple months in advance. When I rang up to ask if I could change it to slightly later, I was confronted with confrontation, rude attitude, continuously told that she was just an employee who works there and has nothing to do with her. No apology for not being informed that they weren't doing Halloween this year. Generally, a really horrible experience which I never experienced there before. She made me feel so bad that we didn't end up going to the shoot. And this has put me off going there for future shoots. The lady's name was Jo.
