CoLaz Advanced Aesthetics Clinic - Southall

Have been a customer for over 10 years and received laser hair removal, facials and Hydrafacial too over this time. Reena and Nicole are great aestheticians that take their time with treatments and keep you informed every step of the way, they always have time for my skin related questions and are happy to advise treatments based on my skin concerns too. I never feel like my appointments are rushed or that they don’t care about what they are doing - Nicole and Reena are incredibly skilled and it shows. Raj is painless at eyebrow threading and does a perfect job. There’s always fantastic offers and packages and the team run several deals throughout the year. Every time I’ve walked into the Southall branch I’ve been greeted with a smile. Appointments are on time and I have been booked in with ease.

They are good but you do need to book in advance your treatments

Very bad customer service which I ever received, I booked one hour session hydra facial for 140 pounds and she finished my treatment in 45 minutes. She was in a hurry to go . I did not book for microdermabrasion, I booked hydra facial that day . How can you people lie in these things. I asked for a change and the staff told me they can’t authorise a change after booking . My microdermabrasion booking is on different date . It’s strange . They can’t do any change after payment , and now it comes back to customer’s head . Very nice … she started my treatment at 14.50 and finished at 15.35 . For me it is 45 minutes .

Had a hydro facial package from here, service was very poor and staff were unhelpful when it came to rearranging appointments. They even threatened to charge me to use my final facial as I’d missed a prior appointment, (which I did inform I the reasons I could not make) even though I’d already paid for the package - horrific service for something I paid a lot of money for. I also had no say in who did my facials as the person I always requested was always booked - on multiple occasions I had someone that ended up doing it very rough and leaving my skin sore and red. Staff need to go back and learn the basics of manners and customer service skills. Would never attend this branch again.

After being recommended here by my sister, I initially came in for lasering a small patch for 6 sessions, after seeing how good the results were, I booked the full body package and even though it’s early stages I can see a massive change in the growth rate as it has slowed down meaning I can go for longer without shaving. If you suffer from ingrown hairs like me I strongly recommend looking into laser.They also provide other facial services such microbrasion, micro needling and hydrafacials which I will be looking into in the future. Staff are very helpful and professional and accommodating to your needs. Shout out to Nicole for always providing a warm welcome whilst you wait and providing key informations about any special offers!

Excellent consultation! Had really bad scaring from using tweezers on my chin. Since having the lazer the growth has been finer and not much at all, such a difference. I have a bit of scaring but nothing like I had before.I highly recommend Colaz, the staff are friendly & professional and make you feel relaxed & comfortable.

Really good service, I purchased a laser package, hydra facial and derma pen and seen excellent results. They also have one of the best laser machines. Been a client for over a year and would highly recommend.
