I purchased a toilet on ebay. This included a soft close toilet seat. When it arrived the toilet seat was broken in two. I immediately mailed the seller and sent photos of the broken seat. They mailed back saying the toilet seat was not covered by the guarantee and i would have to pay £35. The consumer act states that goods have to be usable and fit for purpose. I would not use this seller again and I will pursue them even to the stage of sending the sheriffs even if it costs me thousands. they are terrible, ignorant people. I telephoned them today and they hung up the phone

My initial order came very well packaged however, it was damaged and the customer service was, overall good. The people I spoke with were very courteous and professional. Their responses were a little slower but explained to me due to being short staffed due to the pandemic which I accepted. Their manager sent me a private message and said a new item had been dispatched which I have now received in perfect condition.I would recommend this company to any buyer

Contacted Bath Professionals as we were struggling to locate a part for our wall hung toilet. Explained our problem, sent some photos of the part we were looking for and they identified and located the part required. Was sent by post that day. Couldn't be more helpful. Excellent service. Would definitely recommend this company.
