I was happy with the service that I received, up until the last day.When I picked up my dress and tried it on, I noticed that she picked up a hook from the floor whilst I was wearing the dress. I didn't think much of it on the day, but something made me check my dress the next morning and I noticed that the second hook was missing. I emailed her to mention this and I did not get a response.

I found Carol after a stressful few months trying to find a seamstress who could design some bespoke straps for my strapless wedding dress. From the beginning Carol was so helpful and friendly, she listened to exactly what I wanted and created the most beautiful straps for my dress. She added a bustle, altered the length of my dress as well as the bridesmaid dresses. She even added a waist band to the flower girl dresses and made some hair clips for them. Your attention to detail and professionalism deserves nothing but praise. I never thought I’d feel as confident as I did on my wedding day in my dress. I am forever thankful to you xx

I found Carol after buying my dress in an outlet a few sizes too big, and after other seamstresses refused to do it as it was such a big job.
