I have used Mmmarvellous Home Cleaning for 18 years, they have always made sure that I had a wonderful housekeeper throughout. They always provided a very efficient and professional service when I needed a cover housekeeper, or when one left and I needed a replacement. I can highly recommend this company.

Just perfect as other reviews say. Had house deep cleaned- it just all got on top of me. It's better than I could have achieved after days /weeks!! Just fab , totally professional , brilliant, big thumbs up

After almost one year of being loyal customers to this cleaning company and being very flexible and understanding when cleaners have not showed up on time or not showed up at all or had to change their schedule last minute we had our contract terminated by Janina Adakauskiene Office Manager because she could not allocate a cleaner to our preferred day (even though they have been for almost 1 year). Our contract was terminated without any negotiation or consideration. She was extremely rude and unprofessional and even accused us of not paying our cleaner for her 4 hours time when we had arranged for 3 hours work - which our Cleaner agreed to!Don’t bother wasting your time with this company because you will be a loyal customer and you will just be treated badly and have your contract terminated. Good luck to their business if that’s how they want to treat their customers.Very disappointed and don’t recommend at all.

This is the first time to use their service. The housekeeper is very professional and came 10 minutes earlier. I am happy with the way she cleaned the house

We have been using this service for a bit over 2 years now. Communication is good, they are very responsive by both phone and email and I've found the housekeepers are reliable, hard working and trustworthy.

I’ve been using Mmmarvelous for nearly a year for full house cleaning once every two weeks and I’ve found them generally to be good quality, reliable and empathetic. Some valuable features are getting cover when your cleaner can’t make it (for example being on holiday), and occasional spot checks to ensure high quality.

After being a loyal customer for over a year, and putting up with the irregularity of their housekeepers & countless late starts the disrespectful office manager, Janina Adakauskiene, called me to terminate my contract out of the blue based on a lie that I had not paid one of their housekeepers the correct amount of money, even though I had. I wasn’t even given the courtesy to prove that this was false or offered an alternate cleaning date which she blamed it on them not having enough staff.Do yourself a favour and find an establishment worthy of your money.

I have had great experience with this company, cleaners are super professional, never had any issues with their service. Always respond quickly and the lady answering the phone is extremely helpful and super polite. Highly recommended!

I've been very happy with the service from Mmmarvellous and their housekeepers. The housekeepers have been punctual and carried out the work to a high standard. Whenever a housekeeper is unavailable, Mmmarvellous have been pro-active in reaching out to arrange cover.

A professional company who cares about their clients. They take time to get to know you, and allocate the right person for the job that is required. They keep in touch in the right way and keep informed in case of any changes. The lady who cleans my home is truly wonderful and does a sterling job. Using Mmmmarvellous has taken a huge burden of cleaning and management off my shoulders.
