Amandas Domestic Cleaners

I'm so glad I found Amanda, I tried another cleaning service and they were terrible. All Amanda's girls are lovely, friendly, very hard working and (most importantly) get on really well with my dog. The house is always spotless after they visit and my stress levels have plummeted since they started cleaning for me. The girls always go above and beyond, getting all the little bits and pieces I wouldn't think to do - they even fixed my hoover! Can't recommend highly enough, thanks so much, ladies!

Really friendly service and very flexible. Previously we had a contract with another cleaners and it was extremely formal and hard to adjust or just be generally flexible. I feel that Amanda and the team are more about good service than trying to secure a contract.Great value as well.Covid was also handled well, focussing on safety and going beyond government guidelines to ensure both staff and customers were protected. Can't have been an easy period but hopefully come out of it all well!

Not very satisfied with the service, seem to be too busy in their private lives to bother about customer service. Only had them a couple of months and they changed the time and days every fortnight, wouldn't recommend.

Amanda, was patchy on returning phone calls and then was a no-show for the initial appointment. A further low point was reached when Amanda felt it necessary to be rude to my Mum when she telephoned, ducking all responsibility and lashing out with blame. Totally unprofessional, uncalled for and unforgivable. My Mum may be 83, but she is organised, kind and efficient. At the very least, Amanda could have flowed with grace and apologised for her oversights.Update: your reply is riddled with factual inaccuracies and still blaming.

We get very good service from the girls at Amandas Cleaner and have built up a good relationship with them over time. Would, and have, recommended them to others.

Amanda’s Cleaning.I used Amanda’s company spasmodically a few months ago when my previous cleaner was having an uncertain time due to personal and family health issues. They accepted an on/off situation, and always found time when needed.They knew all along that this could be a temporary situation, as I did say my regular cleaner would return as and when she was fit. However, this did not happen, and I used Amanda on a permanent basis after that.I am very happy with the service I receive, and have been allocated one of the staff as a regular cleaner, which is perfect. However, it’s reassuring to know that if for any reason the regular cleaner was not available (holidays/sickness etc) a very competent replacement would be found.I am always made aware in advance of any changes, and they will always consider any requests I may have (eg changing the day of the clean), and so far 100% have amended their routine to fit around my wishes.So, in a nutshell, super efficiency in the cleaning, and also in administration and contact. Of course I would like to win the two free cleans (who wouldn’t?) but if I don’t, the words above are still just as relevant.Thanks for a superb service, and Merry Christmas to you and all the staff – a well earned break that’s for sure.Kind regardsAlan

When you hire someone to do a job, they must do it either: better, faster or cheaper than you can do it. Sad to say failed to match two of these criteria

I contacted Amanda recently as I needed a new weekly cleaner. She replied really quickly and her quote was competitive compared to other local cleaning companies. She has cleaned for me for a couple of weeks now and the house is always absolutely spotless when the team leave. The girls are really friendly and never stop while they are here. I would definitely recommend Amanda and her team.
