I was very impressed by the friendliness and efforts made by the manager of the company to rectify an initial problem. Customer service was excellent. I would recommend them for this alone. Not many companies provide this level of customer service.

Carpet barnall the carpets in our house are from you,the lads are pleasant,helpful and do a good job.i had them fri to lay floor covering in the bathroom,excelant job very hard working,pleasant.We were impressed with the fitting you would have thought they lifted bathroom out and laid floor .you cannot see any joints round toilet and wash basin. We would recommend carpet barn to anyone nothing is any trouble and are happy to help. Well done carpet barn and thank youSusan Lockwood

I can’t speak highly enough of The Carpet Barn! Initially, the quote I received was very competitive and Anthony was very helpful with regard to borrowing samples etc. Other dealings with him were very efficient (as with Jake too).Today we have had carpets put in throughout a bungalow… fitters were really friendly, polite and did a superb job… thank you both! I know Craig was one, but I’m unsure of the other fitters name, but he’ll know who he is! Thank you so much… will recommend to others and be back ourselves when we need more carpets!
