Northstar IT Support

Used North Star IT recently when I had problems with my laptop running slow. They talked me through my various options and advised the best way forward, which wasn't buying a new one. Instead we opted to upgrade the memory at a fraction of the price and it's running like new. Great service

Over the moon!My PC had decided that enough was enough of this home working and died. It is under warranty but I haven't been able to get hold of anyone it is under with to get it fixed. We use Northstar for our IT support at work and I decided to see if they could help. Well, they went above and beyond. They tried remote fixing it but that didn't work, we then went down other routes to see if it could still be fixed under warranty but to no avail (all require the seller to contact them, who I can't get hold of) They then had to take the pc and get it fixed at their office (keeping to all social distancing) in a day it was fixed. I am absolutely over the moon. Not only is it working but they assisted with what I should do next as it requires an update that only punch technology can provide.During these uncertain times they have done a fab job. Now have one happy PC owner (me) and one happy PC (see in pictures) :)

Northstar are a friendly, professional and very helpful team who will help you with any technical issues. They tend to get a lot of calls from our team (Prime Stables Ltd) and these can be from the easiest tasks (like password protecting a word doc) or to the hardest of tasks (like the servers making a funny noise :) ) everyone at North star always have the can do attitude and each and everyone of them will not stop helping you until you're satisfied. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for an IT team that will make your life easier with computers :)

Northstar have been our IT partner for a while now so when we made the decision to relocate the Acceler8 Training office they were the automatic choice to support us. Christian and his team have looked after me since I started my business back in 2008. Over the years I have watched his business grow but he has never lost the personal touch. It is so reassuring to know that the Northstar Helpdesk is always there to resolve any issues that crop up - and there have been many! Would highly recommend them and their friendly helpful team.
