Had the most upsetting and terrifying experience today at this groomers. David seems a caring genuine dog lover and diligent business owner but his partner Jim is volatile, aggressive and should not be allowed to be in a customer-facing role. Have had to involve the police after the incident today when I was threatened. Thankfully two witnesses came forward but I was left shaken. I would avoid this groomer if Jim is going to continue to work there.

Thank you to all at Well Groomed. I would definitely recommend. My little dog Murphy has been very very nervous with being groomed and he is delighted tonight as am I! He is looking beautiful. I will definitely be back. 100% recommend to all! Brilliant service. Thanks again to all xx

I take my cat Kassidy here to have his claws clipped. He is in and out within minutes and he is not in the least stressed. Their pricing is fair and service very efficient. I highly recommend Well Groomed.

My puppy came out with most of her nails still on her paws with only a couple clipped away. Poorly groomed and smelly. NEVER COMING BACK! DO NOT RECCOMEND!

I will not come again, left my dog with patches. Wasn’t a clean cut and that’s unfortunately very noticeable in a poodle… had to fix it myself.
