This is my local petrol/convenience store. Over the last year it's gone right down hill. The staff are a right miserable bunch. Tried to fill up with fuel but staff to busy talking to each other to authorise the pumps. Also in store goods miss priced, and confusion at the tills. Not a good service at all.

This place is awful and the shop should be closed as shoppers going here block the petrol pumps as there is nowhere to park the amount of cars that stop there to shop bloody disgrace it is. Shame on Tesco's for allowing inconsiderate drivers doing what they do even those who don't need to use the pumps if there is no parking spaces left they stop at the pumps.

ALERT ALERT ALERT petrol cannot legally be served after 10pm at the garage. So glad I know of this new law And was informed by the 18 year old staff member.

1 pay in store pump working cure for petrol not good this petrol station needs closing for the enginers to look at pumps as pumps fail staff saying thay sick of reporting the pumps thay is going to be an crash because of people cueing up to use the pumps

I'd just like to say a heartfelt thank you to all of the staff - helpful, friendly and brave under the circumstances. I know our NHS workers are in the thick of it but let's not forget these fantastic workers not necessarily on a fantastic wage. (Oh by the way I told my Mam you've been asking after her)

Terrible petrol station with only ever having 2 - 3 pumps at a time on and depending on how the manager feels that day to whether you can pay cash or just pay at pump.

A lovely Tesco store in Sunderland area where you can buy petrol, fresh bakery, grocery and other everyday essentials for great deals and collect/use your Tesco clubcard points. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially thanks to shift leader Heather and customer assistant Sam, they are amazing people.
