Everyone I spoke to very friendly the tester was clear in explanations and listened. The dispensing option was amazing great service and recomdations it’s very rare to see someone like him a someone who you can instantly trust his recommendations over lenses was fantastic and looking forward to my polarised sunglasses could be a game changer for me. i had an immediate need to see an Optician due to a bit of grit dust being caught with my contact lens causing severe eye irritation and a running nose. Yesterday morning when this event took place I received immediate attention from Perth Boots Optician when I visited yesterday afternoon and given an appointment. The speed of the attention and close attention to my personal details provided considerable relief.

The whole experience was great. The actual test was quick and very thorough and the staff put me at ease. Everyone involved was very attentive and even helped in picking my frames with me. First time using Boots for my eye test and will be staying with them for the future.

The assistant that phoned the day before to check my details needs to improve her manner. I hope you have a recording of that call. My appointment was for 10.25, I was taken at 10.45 but did get an apology but the same thing happened in May this year. The assistant that was allocated to help me select my new frame was flippant and not at all professional.

I received two letters and one phone call reminding me about my appointment and none of these informed me that the rear door adjacent to the car park was broken. Since my husband had dropped me off, I was stuck and had to walk around to the front door. As I am disabled and rely on an elbow crutch this was a real problem for me! I was therefore late and exhausted by the time I made it to the desk and had to ask for a glass of water. The young lady at the front desk told me they had nothing to do with sending out letters or the call centre, and not their responsibility to inform people that the back door was broken. I was upset so the first test didn't go well and will have to be repeated when I go to pick up my new glasses. The optician I saw however, was excellent and I couldn't praise her enough, however your customer service was poor. Since the back door is right next to the opticians area, what would have it taken to phone customers and tell them the rear access was out of order?

I popped into the store without an appointment as I had noticed an eye problem. The receptionist, Kerry was so helpful, and she spoke to optician who said she would see me within an hour. This was appreciated greatly, with first class service from both these staff members
