Great shopping experience, staff are lovely, guys on the door very welcoming, love my new watch!!There was however these very odd looking 'people' - use that term very loosely, screaming and shouting at people holding signs with dead animals on them, must say the local weirdos didn't put me off, they looked very malnourished, think they need a good meal in them

Went in to get some aftershave. Wasnt in stock which is ok. Went loo and they are vile. Been to better in a tesco. Also in the booze section the staff dont know a thing.

called into the food hall for a gift , bumped into s couple of friends , got treated to s glass of champagne. The staff are amazing , polite , friendly , efficient and helpful

I always make a point of calling into the store, light airy feel to the place, layout makes it easy to navigate around each department. Staff are always courteous and helpful, and appear just at the right time when needed! I like the small but carefully stocked food department on the top floor. Window displays are awesome!!!!

Excellent 1st class service from Marek a few weeks ago. Now it couldn't be any different. I've had a Canada goose coat for 5 weeks. And the stiching has come apart on the arm . And the cuffs are a mess the won't give me an exchange because they are saying we have either swopped it or excessive wear this is a 1300 coat ! I've had it 5 weeks and I have the receipt. Alls they offered was for it to go back to CG . Hopefully when they cq the codes they will see its there coat and we are not fraudsters who have swopped coats
