This company never pays on time, charges ludicrous amounts to transfer money via SWIFT, and refuses to sign a contract with its freelancers. Work with this company at your peril. They are very untrustworthy.Update: My payments came through after being 3 months late and I have now received everything that I was owed. I've upped the review but still be careful when working with this company. Threatening legal action should never have to be a requirement for getting paid on time.

Horrible experience. Translated 9000 (30 pages) words for $1500. Now I have to pay $200 for them to pay me! Have to take legal actions.Do not do anything for this company, they are Scammers!

Refused to sign a contract with me (freelancer), but still I translated 30 pages for them in order to receive $1500. At the end, they had the document translated for free and even asked me to send $200. Scam.

Would give them a 0 if I could. They don't pay their translators and keep giving excuses to delay the payments since 2020. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I have been working as a freelance translator with Alpha for almost a year now. They have several cool projects and very nice and responsive PMs.However, there is always some problem with payments. I got my first invoices paid with months of delay, and I am still waiting for the payment for jobs 9 months ago.Furthermore, their vendor manager teams hardly reply to payment solicitation emails.

I rate this company with 0 stars... But unfortunately that is not possible here. You really don't want to work with Alpha CRC as a freelancer. And customers, if you know how they treat their translators, you would choose another company that treats partners with respect. I am still waiting for payments that were due months ago!

They are taking advantage of freelancers. You do the translation. You submit. Then you get told you need to pay $150 to release your payment. Why don’t they just subtract this from what they owe you instead? So disgusting that they are stealing people’s work and not paying as promised.

This company never EVER pays on time. They say 60 days but I've been waiting for like 3 months already, and their support has just gone radio silent. I've sent them about 3-4 emails and they haven't responded to me. Very concerning. If you're thinking of working as a freelance translator for this company, then I urge you to exercise caution.

Non-payers and scammers! I have made a small freelance task. They owe me just 140 euro, and have accepted this amount but prolong the payment up to the infinity with unreasonable excuses.
