Eastbourne Vets

Very friendly and efficient receptionist. Clean surgery, no one waiting and my appointment was bang on time. Parking is free in the street and was easy to find. The Vet was a delightful Greek lady who showed great interest in my cats and was very professional as well as quick and friendly. Highly recommended.

My 3 animals are registered here and are all on the pet care plan. Care has always been excellent and I receive regular reminders about flea and worm treatment.I do find it a little on the expensive side.

Lovely staff, very welcoming, clean and tidy place. My kitten was happy she was purring and at ease.

I initially gave this vet five stars back in May 2023, but this was based solely on the initial consult and registration of my dog with them, now that I've had more dealings with them, I'm going to register elsewhere. Front of house staff were nice and friendly, but the information I was provided with on surgical pricing was sketchy at best, then after paying £61 for a 10 minute pre-op consult that consisted of weighing my dog, listening to her heart and the vet asking me half a dozen basic questions, I was later sent an estimate that almost made me fall of my seat. I thought this was a local vet practice when I registered but see they are part of a much larger group in the UK, and like with many industries where local companes are being absorbed into groups this gives monopoly pricing in an area as many of the 'alternative' vets locally are actually owned by the same group.

Overpriced pricing got stung on me without any warning for the most beyond basic check up in which my dog was weighed and heart listened to barely and some worm and flee tablets £129?? That is a rip off and the vet was not great with a big dog. It was not a great experience for me and il be returning to my previous vet!

I was worried about scratching and called up they had an appointment for me within two days which was great. The vet was so kind and professional. One more happy dog.
