Ryan and Callum are hands down the definition of personal trainer. Professional, experienced and consistently deliver results. These two create a welcoming atmosphere and truly understand how to help people feel comfortable and confident in a gym.The facility itself is equipped with variety of plate loaded and pin loaded equipment. Matrix and foreman mostly. Free-weights are is quite small due to the amount of kit and benches within the space.Functional rig has plenty of light and space. You will often find personal trainers coaching in this space due to its space and location. One spin studio, one hybrid studio. Classes are plenty and varied.24 Hours is nice to have.

Great gym. A little busy at peak times but after 6:30pm it’s absolutely fine. Plenty of equipment, it has equipment that I know more expensive gyms do not have. I always get a great workout in here!

Good variety of equipment, well layed out, free parking, classes are good too. PTs don't hassle you and you're left to do your own thing if you so wish. Sauna is very small but that's the only criticism

Nice gym, good people in the gym too. Equipment for everyone. A bit lacking on the bench presses and a few to many incline benches. But other than that a really good gym!

Appropriate Gym for your needs, with good ventilation and equipment. As someone who used the gym during late night/early morning however, that's where the positives end and the quality deteriorates significantly. The lockers available are very small both in size and number, and the vending machines don't sell locks. If you have a large bag or coat you're basically forced to bring it with you around the gym or not bring them at all.The codes don't work, so you're forced to use QR code meaning if your phone dies in the gym you have to tailgate someone else. They lock the changing rooms overnight, leaving you only a disabled toilet which can only be used 1 at a time, meaning you lose sauna access and also must change and shower at home or risk waiting 20~ minutes to do so on site.Considering it's meant to be the Premium" gym Vs PureGym when it comes to 24/7 gyms

Absolutely horrible, wouldn’t recommend it, very packed especially between the hours of 11pm and midnight so DONT GO BETWEEN 11PM & MIDNIGHT. Avoid at all costs, go to Total Fitness, I only don’t go there cause I loooove packed gyms clearly.

I recently joined this gym, after trying very hard, to find one that had good classes and staff. I have been delighted with JD.The classes are excellent and no messing about with booking, cancelling and having them cancelled. Nial the Manager is contactable and helpful. Seila is a delightful member of staff, helpful and cheerful. The gym is clean and well presented. There is plenty of safe parking which is helpful. The instructors are there because it is their chosen profession, not because they have to be, and they have therefore lots of enthusiasm, which makes for great atmosphere in the classes. Well done to everyone, cleaning team, staff and instructors.

You need a qr code on the app to enter the gym. This means you are obligated to bring your phone with you to the gym which is quite annoying. If your phone runs out you can press an emergency call button to be let out but it seems to be a poor service as I have seen people struggling to get out on numerous occasions. It also locks you out if you have been in recently so if you need to grab something you've forgotten you won't be let in. There is no option to have a pin code either. In addition the gym is full of influencers and so you will find yourself being filmed constantly for someone's social media without being asked. The gym doesn't seem to have any policy against this.
