Can’t fault the food or the friendliness of the staff at the restaurant. I ordered to cresswell towers for 21:30 food wasn’t here at 21:40 so thought I would check it was defiantly coming to be told by the takeaway they arrived 10mins early and because of the poor signal they couldn’t get through on phone. Said they would ask them to come back which they did however the passenger of the delivery turned up with an absolute attitude saying they were here on time and I kept putting the phone down on them which is incorrect. I was there at 21:30Waiting and there was no food delivered so I believe the takeaway that they arrived 10mins early. Young boys with an attitude like that will inevitably lose the business money eventually and should be avoided at all costs. Food was nice though.

I knew these delivered but I it was my first time I wanted to check this shop out .Staff were very profession and perlite my only bugbear is cash only in shop but think that's like most takeaways these days the food itself was delicious hot and plenty full so if you in Widdrington Moor area give these a try

The food is lovely but they just take far too long to deliver. I’m a regular customer but probably going to start taking my money elsewhere because it’s not just a one off thing it’s every single time I order they take an hour and a half or more to deliver

Have ordered here regularly for over 10yrs now, always found the food to be nice and the staff helpful. Today I ordered a donner wrap expecting it to be small, it was absolutely huge. My son loves the pizzas here. Food is always hot when it arrives, and delivery drivers are nice :)

Ordered food from here and took 2 hours to come (Uber eats said it should be between 20 and 55 minutes). When the food finally arrived it was luke warm at best and was not appealing at all. I called twice to ask when the food would get here but was told it won't be long, 40 minutes after when I called they said the delivery driver had it but they Don't know how long it will be. I was so hungry but I would rather eat a cow than the so called 'food' that was delivered. They also missed a portion of chips but didn't want the extra hassle of arguing with them again. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

Delivery was nearly 2 hours late I called and asked for an update and they said they will be 2 minutes , 30 minutes later it finally arrived and the delivery guy nearly broke my front door as he kicked it very hard 3 times instead of just knocking food was alright not the best

Ordered from here a couple days ago would not recommend I received my order it was barely warm the kebab was horrible ended up with food poisoning after ordering from here ( not the first time either)stay away from here wouldn’t recommend delivery is slow foods hardly warm when it arrives and half the time items are inedible would give a generous 2/5 .

Whilst staying at Bockenfield Country caravan park we ordered 3 pizzas and a doner meat and chips. Arrived piping hot exactly 1 hour later. Highly recommend this takeaway!
