My daughter and I went to a yoga retreat with ‘The Zest Life’ in Wales last weekend and it was lovely. The yoga sessions with Laura were really good and the guided walks were wonderful, especially the one on the beach. The food made by Amy was absolutely gorgeous and healthy. We also had a Chinese massage which was different, relaxing. We had a lovely time and the other people on the retreat were good company! Many thanks to Laura and Amy for a peaceful and enjoyable weekend retreat.

Having enjoyed many yoga retreats over the years, I have a wide field of comparison and the team at the zest life are amongst the best there is. The entire retreat is so well thought out and executed, the accommodation is luxurious, the food felt wholesome and very very yummy, the yoga was challenging but also clearly adapted to all levels. I have no hesitation in recommending this retreat company, the team worked tirelessly to ensure that we all had a blissful experience and i cannot wait to book again.
