It’s Remembrance Sunday and the queue for this coffee shop is out the door and the two young lad baristas one of which is a trainee are holding their own though, one even managed to get me a pen mid way between serving and getting change. Totally under control, calm and thorough. Well done

Love it here nice and clean. The drinks we had tasted amazing and the new Pistachio and choc mousse cake was very tasty! The trainee Asian Barista was brilliant!

Fantastic place! Coffee from Nero is always amazing. Good location with good selection. Fab staff, they are friendly and welcoming all the time. Relaxing and comfy vibe. Wonderful place to spend hours with friends or even yourself. Often grab a cuppa coffee during working or before a movie on the weekends.

Took up to 10 minutes to get served. Only one person serving and doing tables.Couple before us struggled with the do you want extra this and that?Think they just wanted to go in and get a coffee. Not so easy.Tables with dirty pots on. Some tables cleared but grubby with previous customers food.The girl serving was very nice and calm as the queues grew.Not for me.

I always adore Caffè Nero, their coffee is elite. I had a caramel latte in my own cup and stayed for an hour reading and enjoying people-watching. It’s a shame they ran out of almond croissants, as they are scrumptious. Maybe next time!

This Nero is great, when it's opened, 4 times in the last month I've been half an hour after it was meant to be open and it's been closed, it's a shame because it's one of my favourite coffee shops in Leeds

Lovely, cosy, quiet coffee recharge on a busy shopping day. Great service and fast, too, especially given their payment system was down.

Caffe Nero has a good coffee, The Service is good but Slow, needs to Improve to do a Faster Service.But it is a really good place to have a rest While you are Working or visiting Leeds, or the close Museums and Library.
