ICC Inter Car Cleaning

I took the car in The Mall car park. The prices are not at all the displayed ones. I've been charge more and for just a hoover inside!! This is an inside cleaning?hoovering?£15?? I've asked for the receipt- the staff didn't knew how to use that machine, I ve asked to speak with the owner-I received a wrong number.Avoid!

This company washed my car since I moved to Luton then I moved with them when they brought another location. I wash my car regularly at this location. However they went on and brought another location not far from this one and set different men to run the business. Unfortunately I brought my car here twice in one week and the second time £235 worth of perfumes were STOLEN out of my car! I have had multiple conversations with the owners about what had happened and they told me different evidence they had regarding this situation, I was told things will get sorted. However, I recently tried to review the outcome and there was no outcome I was told that thief does not happen in this place. I was told by the owner prior that people work there that they do not trust 100%. This situation have left me VERY UPSET WITH NO CHOICE BUT TO REPORT IT TO YHE POLICE! I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE OR NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS CAR WASH TO ANYONE I KNOW!

This place has just gone downhill over time. It was great when they first opened. Now they barely use any foam and never end up doing a good job if you drive a normal car. They basically rinse your car with water. If I were you I would take my car someplace else.

First time visiting, very friendly team. Took their time! Attention to detail was amazing, went for the interior clean too and was happy, deffo recommend! They take card payment too

Completely non professional and poor service. I took my car for wash & polish in Luton Mall car park. First of all the price they are displaying is different what they are charging. Worker asked me £10 more what has been displaying for Gold service and when I asked him why he couldn't speak English and called his so called manager. The manager was so rude and aggressive that after 2 minutes conversation he started abusive language and threatened behaviour. I was with my two young kids but he still kept threatening. I already have reported to the company, Mall Manager and police. Hell with him and this company
