We had afternoon tea at Clarke's Farm. To say it was impressive is an understatement. The dedication put into making sure we were catered for was phenomenal. The effort given by both Kay & Julia was brilliant. They couldn't have done enough for us. Will definitely be back.

From the moment my wife and I met Julia it felt like we'd always known her. What a wonderful, warm, friendly and interesting host. The accommodation is superb. Old world cottage charm with all the mod-cons. From the selection of high quality toiletries, tea/coffee making facilities to the snacks and mini fridge with large bottles of cold water and fresh milk - every home comfort has been meticulously thought of. The whole house is beautifully decorated and the garden at the back is a real haven. Although we didn't try the tea rooms at the rear of the property it looked wonderfully quaint and the the quality of the B&B facilities are anything to go by, I would assume the food and service there is equally outstanding. Breakfast was a real treat, with a selection of cereals, fresh fruits, yoghurt, toast, preserves and a huge cooked breakfast, cooked to perfection. I only our plans had allowed us to stay longer but we're hoping to be back later this year. I cannot recommend this wonderful place highly enough. An absolute gem. Thank you Julia x

Really lovely, quaint, interesting location with an excellent host who was extremely welcoming and friendly.Very nice. Comfortable bed with an ensuite bathroom. Lovely deep bath with a great selection of shampoos and other bathroom essentials to use.

The most relaxing and interesting place for the best afternoon tea ever. Julia and her daughter made us so welcome, nothing was rushed and the totally homemade savouries and sweet selection was just perfect. A true Aladdins cave of enticing and very reasonably priced gift ideas to feast your eyes on whilst enjoying the food. Cannot recommend enough.
