I've been using Your Local for the past 6 months and I'm happy to say these guys are so much better than your typical window cleaner. They offer a cashless service which means I don't have to hide anymore!I get my windows and frames cleaned fornightly. I get my doors, conservatory, garage door and guttering cleaned once a month. If I'm on holiday I just call up and ask them to wait until I'm back. Its a fully flexible service which is what you need in this day and age.They only use ultra-filtered water so you aren't left with soap suds or streaks. It's always a brilliant clean. The cleaners are always super friendly, polite and professional.A big thank you to all of the guys & girls at Your Local for a fantastic service.

Brilliant service from start to finish - the sign up process was easy, the window cleaners were really professional and did a great job, and the cashless payment process couldn't be easier!

They are not good cleaner

The cleaner missed three windows and windowsill, the rest of the windows were cleaned quickly and carelessly...They were fast to invoice me though.I cancelled and will not use again

First of all lovely gentleman came to my door to ask if I would like my windows cleaning, very simple no payment taken until my windows was cleaned! The man who came to clean my windows was a very nice man he cleaned my frames, doors and windows all in with the price! A lot better than my last window cleaner who never showed up never mind soo g the extra! Highly recommend this company

I only used this company twice.Visit 1 - turned up and didn’t do the best of jobs, I also explained that I couldn’t log on and was told not to worry about it.I got an email with account info and paid, I also cancelled by email because I could see how this was going to go.Visit 2 - even though I cancelled, did a better job (not perfect) but better and paid by the same method.I then got an email saying suspended due to non payment????? Explained I had paid and tried to cancel again by various contact methods and still nothing.Finally got an email saying my account is closed and they recognised the payments.Terrible service.
