Staff very friendly and courteous. Seating very comfortable. Projection is okay but there is a bit of sound bleeding in from the attached screening rooms

Staff very friendly, relatively cheap in comparison to omniplex but place is a bit tired looking.Just be careful when booking seats as ti where you get them. This was the view when watching a film with the kids. I had to swap seats as from lower in the seat you could see even less of the screen.

Unbelievable service.I took my son to see Puffin Rock and there were either two male managers or floor staff.They were phenomenal. The patience and time spent, ensuring my son had an amazing time. From speaking at the start of the week with them, to going today to see the movie, getting us sorted with tickets and drinks/food, it was no hassle to then leaving, they were just fantastic the cinema was clean, the floors weren't sticky! And the movie was crystal clear and the sound was just right!Thank you both sincerely so much for making what would have been an extremely stressful experience an incredible one we will remember!

Just visited with my 2 grandchildren 5 and 8 yrs. Card machines were out of order so only admitting people who booked online. Despite film screening we were turned away. Why could we not have gone in and left details and paid laterVery poor management. Won't be rushing back.

A member of staff I think is called “Ricky” approached myself and two friends in an aggressive manner whilst we were parked in the carpark outside. Two young kids had asked for my friend to rev his car for a video so he did for no longer than a minute before this employee came out, hammered on his window and flung open his passenger door, leaning into his car and hurling abuse about the noise of his car accusing him of things he hadn’t done. He then walked away leaving his passenger door open. This could have been resolved with a civil conversation but instead he took the most aggressive route. From a young persons point of view having a stranger open ur car door and hurl abuse at you is not acceptable and this is highly unprofessional from a member of your staff.

It was cold inside but the staff were very friendly. On Tuesday night it's only £4 a ticket
