Busy lunch service yesterday. Seated promptly and the server Enrique was lovely. The food was great and the lunch menu was excellent value. Slight delay getting drinks to table when ordered but that was probably just because of how busy it was. Will definitely be going back.

Family birthday meal for our 16yr daughter. Payed for a balloon table display. £10. Very disappointed with it as it was just 4 balloons as photo. The balloons are like this after 3 days. Food great and atmosphere, but will not be paying for table decorations again.

Food was lovely, staff was lovely and pleasant, slightly a bit costly, cost more than I expected for two meals and two drinks as treated my mother out of the blue, but enjoyed the meal

Took my mum for lunch this week and the food was fantastic at this place! Our server was very attentive although we felt slightly rushed, that's the only complaint! Will definitely be back.

Had a lovely meal here again this evening and the food was top notch and absolutely delicious. Our waiter who I believe was called Enrique was welcoming, friendly and very kind. The bill also was very reasonable especially for the food standards.Only let down was arriving for our booked time and being left for 15 minutes as they did not have the table ready and yet seated several other couples in front of us during these 15 minutes.Beyond that, couldn't fault the place. Amazingly with how very busy the place was this evening, food arrived quickly without fault.Would 100% recommend

This was our 1st visit to the Red House.The staff, were very attentive and polite throughout our visit. I would like to say a special thank you to Latikka who was our waitress. An absolute credit to your establishment.The food was outstanding, well presented, extremely tasty.We started withSELECTION OF WARM BREADSrosemary sea salt focaccia, mixed olive sourdough and sour cherry & currant sourdough with balsamic whipped butter.CRISPY WHITEBAITwith paprika & garlic salt and lemon mayonnaise.Our Main meals were.PAN ROASTED SEA BASS FILLETSwith saffron & olive oil mash, wilted spinach, crayfish & chilli butter.CHICKEN, HAM & LEEK PIEshortcrust pastry, chunky chips, seasonal vegetables and rosemary cream sauce.For dessert we had the following, however, to be honest I was a little full by now.PEANUT BUTTER JELLY HOT COOKIE DOUGHwith peanut praline and peanut butter ice cream.I changed the ice cream to honeycomb ice cream.The cookie dough is a heavy dessert I really struggled to finish it after my starter and main. But delicious.BISCOFF ESPRESSO MARTINI CHOUX BUNwith Kahlua cream, espresso ice cream, Biscoff syrup, Biscoff crumb and hot coffee caramel sauce.In summary I would highly recommend the Red House to anyone looking for a great dinning experience.The restaurant is nicely decorated, very welcoming. With a nice outside are which I would imagine is nice in the summer.I'm going to add and this is obviously only my opinion. We recently ate at Marco Pierre White restaurant in Birmingham.The Red House wins hands down.

My partner and I visited the red house last Tuesday and were amazed at not only by the quality of food, but also the service, especially Henrique's kindness and good humour, he really made our day. I cannot recommend this place enough! Such a warm and welcoming environment!

We came as a group of around 30 for a pre-wedding meal. Groups of this size can never be easy but the staff were great- they were attentive and kept us topped up with cutlery and drinks and anything else we needed!The food was amazing - If I lived locally I'd be back every week because there are so many great options on the menu. I had fried camembert with an apple puree/salad and a spiced honey risotto. Both were spot on, well done guys.Definitely worth a visit!

Always welcoming with consistently excellent service, this restaurant has become our go-to spot for both special occasions and casual meals as it seems to be one of the best restaurants in the area. Whether it's dinner or breakfast, the quality is always good. The food is wonderfully flavorful. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a great dining experience!

Great gluten free options, excellent taste, good food combinations. I had deep fried calamari with chilli, spring onions, followed by deep fried haddock with chunky chips, tartare sauce and mushy peas. There were lots of good gluten free options. We finished the meal with a double espresso which did not disappoint . Too full to check out the desserts. Would recommend for any one requiring gluten free.
