We contacted centurion to obtain some information and guidance on our old will which was ten years old and needed a review. The gentleman rang and made time appropriate to our needs and arrived promptly. He went through all of our queries regarding power of attorney, property trusts and the differences between them, most importantly the executive side of things, what happens when either or both of us dies and the role that the executor takes on. Not being married or having been through a civil partnership ensures that the property is made legally safe and care home fees are are not a financial burden if such a situation arose. It is very professional, covered legally and provides peace of mind at a difficult time in the event of death of myself and my long term partner. We asked a lot of questions pertinent to our situation and felt that we had explored all avenues with Rod, the representative from Centurion who was able to fully explain the process involved. We were happy that the company will protect our assets in the future.

Received draft and was disappointed in the amount of errors and typo in the document my daughter has highlighted the errors and corrected the necessary mistakes, I understand that we are human and errors do occur, but surely this should be proofread before being sent out. It costs a lot of money for P O A and it makes me wonder how trustworthy your company is. I am willing to give you the benefit of the doubt and trust that these mistakes will be rectified before we receive the legal document..Yours truly,Irene Sheffar

The consultant Nick arrived promptly and he was very professional at all times. After asking what we needed, he explained everything that was available to us. When we asked any questions he was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us in a manner that we could understand.We were offered a package that gave us everything we wanted and we were very pleased with it.

Hi John who came to explain everything to my wife and myself was excellent, he really gave us peace of mind as there was a lot we didn't know. I thought it seemed a bit expensive for the package but we agreed it will be done properly.

Awful. Very pushy withy elderly parents. Very expensive and when tried to cancel they said they could match any other quote tells me they were trying it on. Took 2 weeks to get money back and kept getting fobbed off with excuses. They said due to lots of refunds to process. Hmm

Gordon who called was professional polite friendly. He explained everything to mum in layman's terms easy to understand. Explained all the policies and which would be best for mum. Did not push for a sale allowed us to make our own minds up which we appreciated. Overall a fantastic service. Would recommend centurion epg to others without a doubt.
