They are not at all responding properly almost since 2 week I was going to quest to home first I show interest in Stevenage till 2 week I got any shift then I apply for hemel now they are saying the same .

Milton Keynes Residents beware, this is an AWFUL employment agency not even worth One star. Unless you like inconsistencies, poor communication, poor management and just an overall poor service, find another agency.

I have been working with the Quest company for more than 3 years now they are fatastic people they know how to meet your every need ready to help you as best as possible the really friendly and excellent staff together with the very kind conductor very prepared in doing the job thank you Quest.

I had to contact ACAS to receive my payment.And the office staff are very rude!They are not professionals. The majority people from office are Romanians and they are treat you like in Romania, badly as a sclave. They expect you to obey as a dog. Very poor value.

This place should be rated with 0! They make people waste time, they’ll tell you something else on phone & something else in the office. They lost my documents after first registration with them & after 3 weeks I went there for induction details but I was told to do registration again, afterwards I have called them more than 20 times in a month but every time they ask for your name & contact details to get back to you which they never do, bcz they are not only non-professional & also not responsive & arrogant. Please find competent people to work or just shut down this store.

Employees must be trained to speak to people in a respectful manner.

Do not work there! They steal money from your account. They say its for the insurance that you never signed, and even thought you are not registered in agency they still take your money. They never see you at the office. A chat with collegue is more important than your time.

Went their for the warehouse operative job, on the phone they said that jobs are available, but didn't tell me which ones and where, I went their and no hello no nothing, just are you here for the bakery job I said is it the signature flatbread, the lady said yes, I told her I can't to do 12 hr shift, which she should have told me on the fone, I said no, and she just shrugged her shoulders and thats it, didn't say anything at all, didn't bother to be helpful or anything ,very unprofessional behavior.

Very difficult to get owed holiday pay. They have had this habit for many years. I wonder what happens to the holiday pay that was owed to thousands of Quest employees who didn't fight for their money? Amazon pay Quest the money, so I assume Quest pass on the money to employees that don't go to the office, sign a declaration that they are leaving Quest and request a P45? Because otherwise it would be theft and financial fraud. Quest would not do that would they? Even if they do pocket the money, which I'm sure they do not, there are no investigatory bodies that would investigate them. So, fortunately for all of Quest's cannon fodder for Amazon, they can be confident that no matter what, that owed holiday pay will come your way. Even for those still waiting, whether it is 10 days or 10-15 years, please do not worry. Quest's integrity cannot be questioned.
