Awesome service. Needed an external battery charger for a very rare device, but due to a fault in my battery it didn't work. So the fellow came up with some DIY solution and charged the battery for free, even though I insisted paying something. This guy won't rip you off unlike too many others!

Fantastic Service, laptop cost a lot less than I was expecting to get fixed. It was also repaired very quickly and Keith managed to track me down even though I had left the wrong number! Keith is very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of advice on phones as well. Great service, would recommend 100% and will definitely be back!

Although I couldn't get my device fixed on time (I was flying back home a few days after I visited the shop), the advice and information I was given here helped make sure I wasn't ripped off when I finally did get it fixed. The guy behind the desk clearly knew his stuff, and was nice and friendly too.

Can't praise and thank Keith enough for all his help and advice. As it's been said in other reviews he explains everything that needs to be done or can't be done.The wife and I are delighted with everything that Keith has done and she is even more so on the deal Keith did for her on her new phone.I'll be down at his shop again soon to let him sort my laptop out and I have no hesitation recommending Keith to anyone, cheers buddy.

Popped in to borrow a SIM eject tool (ye never have one when you need one!) and he gave me one to keep for free!I also heard the guy give some really sound advice to another customer of how she could save money by potentially resolving her issue at home herself - what an honest tradesman. Would definitely consider coming here in future as customer.

Brilliant service, was able to get my daughter's phone sorted when it was totally frozen and wouldn't even reboot, and all without losing anything from the phone. Couldn't recommend highly enough and brilliant prices.

Having phoned first to get an idea of the price to fix my iPhone X, my mind was eased not only by the more than competitive pricing but by the free advice that Keith gave over the phone. His straight talking, no nonsense honesty was extremely refreshing. I went to his shop a short time later and was most impressed by the professional layout and large amount of high quality products on offer. Keith not only fixed my charging port, he gave great advice on how to care for my phone going forward given the current global shortage of new handsets. He could have told me that I needed a new battery and I would have been none the wiser but in his honesty and in an attempt to save me money, he advised that the time wasn’t right for a change and that I could get a bit longer out of it. I left with the impression that there is nothing that Keith can’t fix and I will definitely be going back to him for a new battery in the near future.
