Alternative Tiles

I want to publicly thank Tim and Alternative Tiles, for the amazing level of service they provided. Tim, made a detailed plan of the floor, went through every step of laying the tiles with me, and was always on hand to offer additional support and advice. The result was an amazing porch floor, which we are very happy with.

Excellent service from start to finish. Very helpful guiding us through the process and worked patiently to our timelines. Provided a superb custom made design which looks great and fits in with the age of our house. We already have had compliments from our neighbours!

Extremely helpful, after discussing what I was looking for I was taken straight to the tile design and colours I had in my head.Lots of great choices in the shop, and really helpful with tips and recommending tilers.Tiles came in quicker than was expected which was a bonus as we were up against it a little bit time wise before our fire was fitted.Overall brilliant shop and extremely helpful staff.

Delivery is arranged immediately payment is made and goods arrive quickly and well packaged . We have been delighted with our experience .

What an amazing place to get times from. Tim and his colleague were both fantastic. They really know their stuff and it's more than just getting a sale for them, it's about getting it right for us, the customer (even allowing us to make our pattern up on their floor with the tiles they had lying around!)I will definitely continue to recommend them to anyone in the future. Can't wait to see our new hall when it's done.

We were advised to use Alternative Tiles by the tiling genius Andy Gough. We already had a pretty good idea of the style and colourway that we wanted and so things were pretty straight forward for us. We were however, really impressed with the team at Alternative Tiles, they were very knowledgable and profeesional and more than happy to show us alternative colourways and advise on everything from grout to borders, to aftercare. I feel like a floor of this type in an investment not only in your property but also in the heritage of victorian floors. Alternative tiles really understand that too, and its reflected in everything that they do....Also Andy Gough is a crasftsman... i mean exceptional!
