Have been coming to this amazing salon for a while now my stylist really listens to my needs. All the staff are polite and friendly. And everything is to a very high standard. Highly recommended

I'm very disappointed with my hair. This the second time this has happened where I've left hating my hair and regretting going for that price!!!The first time I asked for a dark rich color all around and the top part of my head looked brown and the other part of my hair was very black. The stylist said she understood what I wanted. I couldn't get a word in. Very controlling of what to do.I also was looking forward to the head massage that only lasted seriously about 3 seconds. I'm not paying for another head massage.I wanted to give them another chance but this time they cut my hair SO short I cant even put it back in a braid!!!! She never asked what i WANTED and took it upon herself to choose where to part my hair and then cut it accordingly!!! I was furious. I tried saying this is how I wanted it and she said i understand. Apparently not.She also a product in my hair that irritated my allergies. She never asked me if it was ok. And I've always been asked.I also asked for bangs and my bangs" are longer than my chin!!!!I've been getting my hair done every couple months.... I've never had a problem or a complaint every about my hair.I'm so disappointed with hair kandi..... cute place .But if u want your hair done really good....please go somewhere with better experience.Again. Great decor and they are nice. But I feel not as experienced as other places!My pics for the wedding will be horrible as now my hair is super short!"

Went to see Andrea this morning, she was very good. Listened to what I actually wanted, sectioned and checked it with me before cutting. Regularly checked the photo to make sure the cut was right, took the time to explain why bits that might not look exactly. Cut off the length exactly as I asked for, and styled it all nicely for me at the end.

I had a last minute appointment here today with Tabby. She was super friendly, and was happy to advise me on what sort of trim I should get for my hair type. My hair looks much better, she did a really nice job. A full wash, hair mask, trim and blow dry was £39, so definitely good value for money. If you want to tip you'll need to bring cash. Would definitely return.

Extremely happy with my cut and colour at Hairkandi. I’ve been seeing Daisy for a cut and colour every couple of months and she does an amazing job. The staff are friendly, the services are very reasonably priced and the salon is gorgeous. Thank you Daisy and Hairkandi!

Had my first hair cut here today and I'm so disappointed. The front is longer than the back and it looks like it has all been cut backwards so it's slightly longer at the front - worst hair cut I have ever had! I said at the time it didn't look even. The lady wouldn’t give a refund and just kept saying it looked perfect - not a great experience

Hair looking gorgeous after my wash and cut, so shinny now. Staff is very friendly and just an all around fantastic experience.

Not being local to the area, I booked an appointment for a wash and blow dry. Right from the start I felt welcomed and offered a hot drink which was so well presented. Andrea did my hair exactly how I wanted it and I am so pleased with it. Thank you ladies for an amazing experience. I will definitely go back again when in the area.

Brilliant! My first time here. Charlie did a great job of colouring my hair to match my new extensions. She listened to what I wanted and I am very pleased. The whole team also made me feel very welcome. A lovely, friendly atmosphere. I've finally found my new hairdressers!!

I've been having my hair done by Stacey since 2018, she transformed my hargid-esque mane into a beautiful auburn bob and I haven't looked back since. All the team are warm and welcoming, coffee/tea platters whilst you relax and a beautiful head massage. What more can you ask for. Highly recommended!
