Fantastic Taxi ServiceI booked 2 taxis to take to a concert at Westonbirt and 2 taxis for our return journey to Cirencester. Pick up from Cirencester was on time, drivers charming and helpful, driving first class. Collection from Westonbirt was difficult as we were very late out of the concert due to the mud. The drivers phoned me twice to make sure we were OK, and waited longer then any other company I know. We were 5 females on our own and we’re so grateful to them. When we arrived at the taxi they were as charming and considerate to us as when they originally picked us up. I would recommend this Taxi company to anyone, they are fantastic. Please book them. Their prices are competitive too!

Let down terribly by this company. After pre booking a taxi for early morning, I ended up waiting outside in the cold and rain for half an hour because their driver didn’t show up. No answer from the number given. Missed my train thanks to this company. Please never book for an early morning commute.

Best taxi service in Ciren!

Paul and his team are genuinely the best taxi service I’ve used - and I’ve been using them regularly for working in the area for over 18 months. Punctual, friendly, and professional with comfortable and clean cars who go out of their way to get you to where you need to. I don’t normally write reviews but could not recommend these guys highly enough.

Really thanks to Siren Cars, to drive us from North Cerney to Oxford on a very short notice, while other taxi companies are all fully booked. The driver is really very friendly and nice. I would definitely recommend it and also recommend it in Chinese ^_^.非常好的司机和出租车！推荐！

Would not recommend , asked us to pay up front costs of £45 for our taxi. Gave us no information on the terms of the booking -it should state you will be refused your journey if you are late by ‘x’ amount of minutes. The taxi driver had difficulty getting hold of us due to a incorrect number which was mistakenly out by one digit but no attempt was made to contact us in an alternative way and when we came to look for the taxi he refused to take us as we were late, despite having already paid for the service. There was no understanding or good will at all, just wanted to take our money. It is extremely difficult to get taxis in the area where we were and potentially we may not have been able to get home that evening, let alone having to fork out another £50 for another taxi. I have complained to the company and they too have refused to refund us any of the cost, again without being shown any terms of the booking stating they have the right to refuse to take you if they have difficulty contacting you despite a genuine mistake of giving an incorrect number out by one digit. No common decency or consideration of circumstances.

Bit of a drama with RAC needed a driver to transport. Mike turned up and was extremely helpful. Perked my mood up from being grim to quite happy. Thank you Mike I really appreciate your time and kindness. Matt

Excellent and very helpful/friendly service. Particular thanks to our driver who went out of his way to pick us up when all the local taxi companies were closed/ busy.Would definitely recommend!

Very punctual, the taxi was very clean and I had a great conversation with the driver. Greatly recommended for taxis to Highgrove House.
