Central location next to Holborn station, enough space to be able to easily walk around and browse with a whole host of self service check outs meaning your shopping experience from start to finish was stress free. Prices also competitive and clearly less on some products than competitors. Missing a star as the freezer was completely empty, I assume it was not working, but no sign up as to why or whether it was empty as broken, rather than sold out. It meant a number of people grabbed staff who were busy to ask for frozen items

Good but small place nearby Holborn station. I brought some food but very few categories available in the store and specially I suggest you should go early or in day time to find more stuff.

A large store for a local. Conveniently located opposite Holborn station and a 5 min walk from the British Museum for convenience. Great selection. Lunch times (between 12pm and 2pm) are usually very busy with queues sometimes going to the back of the store but don’t let that out you off as the queues are managed by attentive staff very quickly and help is always on hand by friendly staff even though it is often manic.

Will not be returning. After a long day of hard work, you would think it would be convenient to pick up a few groceries to make a nice dinner. However, for some very odd reason, the security and staff like to treat their loyal customers - who are nectar card holders, like criminals. Very odd behaviour I noticed from this branch. To be followed and stared at when I’m holding my basket of groceries around the store doing a quick shop. Quite disappointing to be honest.

Decent Sainsbury’s, very big for a local store. Good for last minute purchases or getting a quick bite to eat. Good for buying bakery, sweets and treats if you’re going anywhere.

The cashier was helpful. There is not a lot of food for families, mainly single or double dishes. My family and I were renting a flat and we had to go to Sainsbury's and Tesco every day.Produce was good as well as the single serve items. This place has some basics like soaps, toilet paper, eggs, milk, etc.

High prices, good selection. Rapid self-service, but only one member of staff on counters at rush hour, incredibly slow due to also offering parcel collection etc.

I was challenged on my way out by one of your workers who said that my payment did not go through. But he had the wrong till and I had a receipt. I would suggest they are a bit more careful. I have been a loyal customer for 20 years and don't even complain of the one rotten orange in the last 3 bags over the last few weeks.
