BEWARE—I was charged 700 gbp for three traps and a cleaning service in my tiny, organized kitchen where they used my Hoover, dustpan and brush and left mouse droppings scattered around my kitchen. As a single mother with young children they completely took advantage and have been unbothered and uncaring when I have contacted them for support.

Good value and excellent service. They treated my mouse problem quickly and without any delays, and they did a really wonderful job. Excellent knowledge of pests and quick reaction. Staff members are courteous and helpful, and the home is mouse-free.
