Took my caravan here for a service. Nice and easy to get to, cheeper than the last place and did all of the same things. He also lubricated my motor mover for me when asked (it was getting a bit jammed).

Booked Dale weeks ahead to come and fix my mororhome Truma boiler. Booked him for 8/03/23, however i wanted to find out what time his home visit was whether AM OR PM so i could alocate the time off work and be present for his visit. Two days before, i called many times, multiple textes and left voicemail messages which he ignored all of them. All i wanted to know a time so i could shedule my own customers and my day off for him to arrive.He would not contact me back, i had no choice but to send him a message at 7.45pm night of 7/03/23 that i MAY need to cancel our booking if he dont get in touch. Again no reply"!!He finally text back only on the morning of visit advised he was busy and to rebook it could be upto six weeks ahead or i should contact Truma workshop if i needed it looked at any quicker. Very good reliable service engineer, have used Dale for 10ish years and will keep using him.

Dale is brilliant at what he does, he's so thorough and he doesn't overcharge for his work. My only possible negative comment is communication, he is so busy he doesn't always respond to texts or emails

Dale damaged the barrel on the front locker of my caravan and failed to return and repair.Never came back to me with quotes for odd jobs.Ignored my calls and messages.First impressions lovely man, however, after the poor service I received I wouldn't recommend Dale !!

Excellent and efficient service, very friendly and approachable guy. Prices very reasonable. Unfortunatly I have just moved a 100 miles away so I am going to be hard pressed to find someone I can trust to do a good job like Dale. I would like to thank him publicly for a great job he as done for me over the years.

Very pleasant company who are fitting my solar panels as I writeI chose Dale as there were many positive reviews and will post again when I get my van back
