I saw Dr Izzy for a check up. I’m nervous about the dentist but he was very reassuring and I’m less worried about going back for treatment now. The other staff were lovely too, and the environment is really nice, you can tell it’s brand new.

Amazing dentist. I’m a very nervous patient and struggle at the dentist but Ismail explained everything really well and made sure that all the treatment was painless. I’m so happy with the results. The premises are really nice too, you can tell that all of the equipment and furnishings are really good quality. Thank you for all your help.

Fantastic dentist. I’m normally not a good patient but somehow Sara did 2 fillings with little to no pain. She Really took her time to do the job well.She saw my 5 year old next who was really afraid at first but soon settled and now she only ever wants to go to the same dentist.

I’ve had 3 appointments with this fairly new private dental surgery ( 2 of which were intensive procedures, in which you’d expect to endure a high degree of pain) and they have provided a high standard of service thus far. The filling I just had, in my lower mouth, was a relatively painless procedure. My dentist has been a reassuring and calming presence when informing of each step in the procedure. I have been given sound advice with regards to care for my teeth inbetween appointments. I haven’t been kept waiting any longer than I’d expect to be waiting when attending appointments.

I saw Dr Ismail Ayub for my first dentist visit in 7 years and I was so relieved to find it a positive experience, despite needing additional work done. No judgement, thorough and positive advice, great for the anxious dentist visitor out there! Also great location and very nice reception.

I had recently had a face-exploding abscess & Ismail came to my rescue. He gave me a thorough X-ray & examination, explained my options clearly & gently, with no pressure. When I decided to go for an extraction of the offending molar, he anaesthetised me as painlessly as possible (helpfully counting down from 5 to 0 for the tough palette one), & then did the extraction remarkably efficiently & swiftly, with some serious pressure but no pain. He was kind, reassuring & encouraging throughout, particularly so as I’d told him about a nightmare dental treatment in my youth which has left me super-nervous in the chair!The practice is brand-new & super-clean, & everyone was lovely to us. I feel reassured to be in Ismail’s care from now on ☺️

The whole team are great and very welcoming! I had an emergency appointment to for a tooth ache and it was dealt with right away. The team put me at ease the whole way through the process. Definitely recommend!
